edit to previous review - owner reached out the day after i posted the review and indicated how he makes every effort to make each customer satisfied and i believe him. i saw how tirelessly he worked on every car moving between tasks to keep things moving. he mentioned having employee issues that should hopefully clear up soon and i feel to give this place another chance. He refunded the money i paid as well.previous Review: i very disappointed considering the very good reviews i saw for this place.i called early in the morning to get an alignment and also a tire rotation since i'm already going to be there. dropped off car at 9am called at 2pm to check in and car had not been worked on and i picked it up 430pm on a monday.tire rotation would have cost zero at sam's club or $30 at Lee's tires but thought it would save me time to do it here. i was quoted $40 but was charged $65.and then the tire rotation was never done. i had put on a new tire for a tire that had a large nail at sam's club over the weekend and came here for an alignment. that's the only reason i noticed none of my tires have been moved or rotated. luckily i looked before driving away so had to come back the next day for the rotation i had already been charged for.then i called to ask if by the way the tires had been balanced since the rotation hadn't been done and was asked to return so i had to return a 3rd separate day for them to check if tires had been balanced.thankfully John Clay saw me standing, waiting, my 3rd trip there and asked if i had been helped and then put the car on the rack to see that tires had been balanced with their weights hence 2 or 3 stars for this experience.i would call 3 or 4 separate times each day/time i was checking in before phone was answered each of these 3 days i visited the shop.this cost me triple the time and return trips for a tire balance and rotation as it should have and potentially would have cost 5 times the cost for an alignment as i got at another shop down the street.i was told my alignment would have needed $700 for new tie rods because tie rod ends were seized up so could aligned without that extra cost. i took it down to jessamine care care center after calling to see if they could work on my car and they used a breaker bar so I didn't need new tie rod ends. My wife hit a large pothole in louisville the next week and they re-aligned it so i got 2 alignments with relative ease for the same price.

This is hands down the best auto body shop around! If you're on the lookout for a place with amazing, friendly, and professional mechanics, this is it. I came in for an oil change and had a great experience. Plus, they were voted the top-rated service center in 2023 by Car Fax!A quick tip: try to get here as early as possible since they open at 8 am from Monday to Friday. Parking can be a bit tight, so I'd recommend parking along the street and not even look for a spot in the lot. I'll definitely be coming back here again!
